Hydraulic Submersible Pumps

In addition to our emergency bilge pumps, Fast Flow manufactures and distributes state-of-the-art, high-flow, low-maintenance submersible pump systems.  Our hydraulic submersible pumps offer several advantages over other pumps and are sure to meet all your construction, industrial, and agricultural needs.

  • High volume flow rates - 2" moves 410 GPM
  • Unique Double Suction, Patented Design
  • High Head pressure - 2"  pumps 260 feet vertical head
  • Run dry capability
  • Self priming
  • Fast Flow pumps have No mechanical seals, No thrust wear plates, gaskets, gears, belts, valves, filters, switches, rubber impellers -and is "designed to be maintenance free"
  • Our pump and impeller with its heavy-duty blade design will handle abuse that most other systems cannot.
  • Unique Fast Flow pump, patented annular inlet flow design utilizes suction from both sides of the impeller, eliminating the thrust load problem associated with centrifugal pumps.
  • Minimal maintenance and pump downtime
  • Efficient - variable speed saves fuel utilizing hydraulic systems.
  • Submersible pumps are not affected by suction lift limitations.
  • Portable Small Size - the 2" pump weighs only 26 pounds, the 3" pump weighs 65 pounds; and fits inside a manhole.
  • Several pumps can be driven from a single hydraulic power source with variable flow rates.
  • Corrosion resistant aluminum, and available  with ceramic and in stainless steel.
  • Fast Flow can provide factory diesel hydraulic power packages are matched our pump.
  • Safety  feature - No electrical hazard encountered as with electrical submersible pumps.
  • Optional debris cage prevents foreign object damage and provides additional personnel protection.

Durable, Versatile, and Easy to Use
The Fast Flow  hydraulic submersible pump systems have No mechanical seals, thrust load wear plates, gaskets, gears, belts, valves, switches, rubber impellers, or electrical parts, and is designed to so that it can be repaired in the field.   Unlike triplex plunger and most centrifugal pump systems, Fast Flow Pumps can run dry.  Fast Flow Pumps are self priming, small size, portable, variable speed, and reliable.  Plus, our pumps produce very high flow rates (410 GPM, and higher), utilizing a new technology double suction centrifugal pump that minimizes erosional velocity, which destroys most pumps.

Though our pump discharge sizes are just 2 inch or 3 inch, our GPM rates far exceed the competitions.  Most 2" de-watering pumps flow an average of 150 -175 GPM, an expensive drain on time at construction sites when large crews are waiting to de-water a pit.  In contrast, the Fast Flow 2 inch hydraulic submersible pump can flow 410 GPM.   And our 4 inch model pump will move 1150 GPM.   Let us provide a free demonstration at your site!

Our pump and impeller with its heavy-duty blade design will handle abuse that most other systems cannot. The unique Fast Flow  pump design utilizes suction from both sides of the impeller, eliminating the thrust-load problem associated with most centrifugal pumps.  Our annular inlet flow design minimizes pump downtime and maintenance.  And this pump has run dry capability!

Fast Flow manufacatures hydraulic power units that are matched to our pumps for maximum performance.   Our diesel power units are MMS compliant for oilfield ready with full spill containment and option to run 2 of our hydraulic submersible pumps with one HPU.

 Safety Features Include:

  • No Electrical Hazard
  • Discharge Features Safety Cam-Lock Fittings
  • Operating Underwater Minimizes Personnel Exposure
  • Optional Debris Cage for Added Personnel Protection
  • Optional ceramic coating for solids pumping
Great for industrial plant flood protection, quary mining pits, barge pumping, salvage operations, aeration ponds, oil spills, and pump equipment rental fleets, the Fast Flow Pump systems are also perfect for farmers who require high-volume pumping where large amounts of water have to be moved.  Our small-sized, portable pumps utilize quick-connect fittings and hydraulic hoses that allow the customer to place the pump wherever it is needed.  Fast Flow can provide special application systems to reduce your pump down time and significantly reduce your maintenance expenses.
