Fast Flow hydraulic submersible pumps are sure to meet your pumping applications.   It's the little pump – that can do Big jobs!

This pump, with its heavy-duty impeller blade design, will handle abuse that most other systems cannot.  The unique Fast Flow pump design utilizes suction from both sides of the impeller, eliminating the thrust-load problem associated with centrifugal pumps.  Ideal for barge cleaning, enviro pumping, dewatering and wash-down applications, the Fast Flow can easily handle solids and oily waste.  Fast Flow has USPTO patents and international PCT patents for this new technology.

Advantages
  • Very High Flow Rates   2"  = 410 GPM.
  • Vertical Head Pressure  2" = 260 ft
  • Run Dry - Self Priming

  • Fits inside a manhole
  • Variable Speed
  • Corrosion -Resistant Aluminum;
  •  available in stainless steel
  • Low Maintenance Design
  • Has NO mechanical seals
Applications
  • Barge pumping /cleaning operations
  • Vessel de-watering
  • Salvage diving
  • Oil spill cleanup
  • Jetting
  • Wash - down pumping
  • Pumping viscous fluids
  • Contaminated waste pumping
  • Emergency bilge pump
  • Solids pumping

Durable, Versatile, and Easy to Use
The Fast Flow  hydraulic submersible pump systems have No mechanical seals, No thrust load or wear plates, gaskets, gears, belts, valves, filters, switches, rubber impellers, or electrical parts, and is designed to be maintenance-free.   Unlike triplex plunger and most centrifugal pump systems, Fast Flow Pumps can run dry and don't suffer damage from low inlet flow cavitation.  Fast Flow Pumps are self priming, small size, portable, variable speed, and reliable.  Plus, our pumps produce very high flow rates (410 GPM, 1,150 GPM, and higher), utilizing a hydraulic-operated, double suction centrifugal pump that minimizes erosional velocity, which destroys most other pumps.

Though our pump discharge sizes are just 2 inch or 3 inch, our GPM rates far exceed the competitions. Most 2" de-watering pumps flow an average of 150 -175 GPM, an expensive drain on time at construction sites when large crews are waiting to de-water a pit.  In contrast, the Fast Flow 2 inch hydraulic submersible pump can flow 420 GPM.   And our 4 inch model pump will move 1150 GPM.   Let us provide a free demonstration at your site!

And you can purchase one of our Oilfield ready diesel power units with full hydraulic systems, and run 2 of our hydraulic submersible pumps with one driver package!

Safety Features
  • No Electrical Hazard
  • Discharge Features Safety Cam-Lock Fittings
  • Submersible Pump Minimizes Personnel Exposure
  • Optional Debris Cage for Added Protection
  • Optional Ceramic Coatings

Great for barge pumping, contaminated waste solids pumping, jetting, well point operations, pit de-watering, salvage operations, industrial plant flood protection, mining pits, aeration ponds, oil spills, and pump equipment rental fleets.   The Fast Flow Pump systems are also perfect for farmers who require high-volume pumping where large amounts of water have to be moved.  Our small-sized, portable pumps utilize twist-connect fittings and hydraulic hoses that allow the customer to place the pump wherever it is needed.  Fast Flow can provide special application systems to reduce your pump down time and significantly reduce your maintenance expenses.
