Fast Flow - Submersible Hydraulic Pumps

The "little pump"  that can do the Big Jobs!

                                                      The "Double Suction Pump"

This pump, with its heavy-duty impeller blade design, will handle abuse that most other systems cannot.  The unique Fast Flow pump design utilizes suction from both sides of the impeller, eliminating the trust-load problem associated with centrifugal pumps.  Ideal for tank & barge cleaning, drilling waste solids, enviro pumping, mining, pit dewatering, and wash down applications, the Fast Flow can easily pump these jobs.  Fast Flow has USPTO patents and international PCT patents for our annular inlet pump technology.

Durable, Versatile, and Easy to Use
The Fast Flow hydraulic submersible pumps have No Mechanical Seals, No thrust load wear plates, no gears, gaskets, belts, valves, filters, switches, rubber impellers, or electrical parts, and is designed to be maintenance-free.  Unlike triplex plunger and most centrifugal pump systems, Fast Flow Pumps can run dry and will not suffer damage from low inlet flow cavitation.  Fast Flow pumps are self priming, small size, portable, variable speed, and reliable.  Plus, our pumps produce very high flow rates (410 GPM, 600 GPM, 1,150 GPM, and higher) utilizing a hydraulic-operated, high speed "double suction" centrifugal pump that minimizes erosional velocity, which destroys most other pumps.   Fast Flow Pumps have no internal friction, our double suction design with no differential pressure eliminated the need for mechanical seals and eliminated wear plates!

Though our pump discharge sizes are just 2, 3 or 4 inch, our GPM rates far exceed the competitions.  Most 2" de-watering pumps flow and average of 150-175 GPM, an expensive drain on time at construction sites when large crews are waiting to de-water a pit.  In contrast, the Fast Flow 2 inch hydraulic submersible pump can flow 410 GPM.  And our 4 inch model pump can move 1150 GPM.  Let us provide a free demonstration at your site!

And you can purchase one of our Oilfield ready diesel power units with full hydraulic systems, and run 2 of our hydraulic submersible pumps with one driver package.

Fast Flow pump systems are perfect for Tank Cleaning Operations that require high-volume pumping where large amounts of solids and fluid slurry have to be moved - quickly.  Our small-sized, portable pumps utilize special twist-connect fittings and hydraulic hoses that allow the customer to place the pumps wherever it is needed.  Fast Flow can provide special application systems to reduce your pump down time and significantly reduce your maintenance expenses.   Please check out our You Tube Video's at  http://www.youtube.com/user/TheFastflow#g/u  showing these small pump shooting heavy abrasive solids.

In addition to our emergency bilge pumps, Fast Flow manufactures and distributes state-of-the-art, high-flow, low-maintenance submersible pump systems.  Our hydraulic submersible pumps offer several advantages over other pumps and are sure to meet all your  oilfield, construction, industrial, and agricultural needs.

Advantages;

  • High Volume flow Rates - 2" moves 410 GPM, Mini 3 pumps 600 GPM, the pump weighs only  26 lbs.
  • Unique Double Suction, Patented Design
  • High Vertical Head pressure - Mini 3 " produces 300 feet of vertical head pressure
  • Run dry capability - at max rpm
  • Self priming
  • Repair - at the job site, pump mechanic is not required.
  • Fast Flow pumps have No Mechanical Seals, No thrust wear plates, no gears, gaskets, gears, belts, valves, fliters, switches, rubber impellers - and it's  "designed to be maintenance free"   NO Internal Friction.
  • Our pump and impeller with its heavy-duty blade design will handle abuse tha most other systems cannot.
  • Unique Fast Flow pumps with our patented annular inlet flow design utilizes
suction from both sides of the impeller, eliminating the thrust load
problems that are associated with other centrifugal pumps.
  • Minimal maintenance and pump downtime - pump teardown usually requires 15 minutes.
  • Efficient- variable speed saves fuel utilizing hydraulic systems.
  • Submersible pumps are not affected by "suction lift limitation"  priming issues.
  • Portable Small Size - the 3" pumps weighs 26 pounds; and works great on confined space difficult entry jobs.
  • Several pumps can be driven from a single hydraulic power source with variable flow rates.
  • Corrosion resistant aluminim, available with ceramic or Steel.
  • Fast Flow can provide new diesel hydraulic power packages that are matched our pumps.
  • Safety feature- no electrical hazard encountered as with electrical
    submersible pumps.
  • Optional debris cage prevents foreign object damage and provides
    additional personnel protection.
  • One bearing external to the pump is the only maintenance item.
