Owner / President
Steve, the inventor and owner of the revolutionary Fast Flow Pump, draws on more than 30 years of experience in the demanding North Slope Alaskan oil fields. His control systems background and facility administration leadership give Steve a thorough understanding of industrial systems and how to create effective process and pumping solutions. He is the on-site manager of the Fast Flow customer satisfaction program and serves as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturing. Steve works with all of our customers and often coordinates pump demos at their job sites.

Jordan DuPre
General Manager
Jordan is the General Manager at Fast Flow and is directly involved in the design, build, and validation of the company’s hydraulic products. His day-to-day role centers on translating customer requirements into manufacturable, reliable systems built to perform in real operating conditions. With a strong technical background and a practical understanding of hydraulic manufacturing, Jordan works closely with production to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accountability at every stage of the build process. His involvement helps minimize rework, control quality, and ensure that each product leaving Fast Flow meets the intended specifications and performance expectations. Jordan’s approach is rooted in precision, durability, and repeatability—principles that support Fast Flow’s commitment to delivering dependable hydraulic solutions for its customers.

Eric Perez
Engineer / Sales Manager
Eric Perez is the Director of Sales and Engineering at Fast Flow Pumps, where he plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations. With Fast Flow Pumps since 2011, Eric brings extensive experience in sales leadership, system design, and project execution. He holds a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech and is known for delivering world-class design and engineering of diesel and electric hydraulic power systems. Eric is a recognized expert in developing and implementing solutions for heavyweight solids and slurry pumping applications. Central to his approach is a strong commitment to building lasting customer relationships and delivering reliable, high-performance solutions.

Financial Controller
Jessica Perez is the Financial Controller at Fast Flow Pumps, overseeing all financial operations, human resources, and office management. A lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, she brings more than a decade of experience in accounting and business administration to the organization. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2009. Her background includes extensive hands-on experience in financial management, operations, and customer service, equipping her with a well-rounded, practical approach to supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term business growth.
