Refund/Return Policy:

At Fast Flow Pumps, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide evidence of the issue. Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Returns:

If you wish to return a product that is not defective, damaged, or not as described, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Consumable Goods:

Consumable goods, such as hydraulic fluids that are used or consumed, cannot be returned or refunded after use.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds/Returns Process:

To request a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at service@fastflowpumps.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not comply with our policies.
